  • Data Ownership: Patients retain ownership of their personal health information but agree to share it as necessary for the purposes of receiving consultations, second opinions, and related services from healthcare professionals through the platform.

User Conduct Guidelines

  • Respectful Engagement: Users must treat each other with respect and professionalism at all times. Any form of abuse, verbal or physical threats, or bullying will not be tolerated.

  • No Unauthorized Access: Users may not attempt to access any part of the platform for which they are not authorized. This includes tampering with, or attempting to bypass, security features.
