Appointments & Cancellations
You may cancel appointments subject to the cancellation policy shown at booking time. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions. Doctoury is not responsible for appointment outcomes or doctor availability.
Pharmacy Orders
Medication orders are fulfilled entirely by independent pharmacies. Doctoury does not dispense, handle, or take responsibility for any medication. All prescription requirements must be met — providing a false prescription is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
Payments

Payment terms are determined by the individual doctor or pharmacy. Doctoury may facilitate payment processing but is not a party to the financial transaction between you and the service provider.

Account Termination

Prohibited Conduct

Eligibility
To register as a pharmacy on Doctoury, you must:

Ensure all staff members handling orders are qualified and licensed

Provide accurate business information including location, working hours, and contact details
Order Management

You must respond to patient order requests in a timely manner

Prices quoted must be fair, transparent, and final

Once a patient confirms a quoted price, you are obligated to fulfill the order

Repeated failure to fulfill confirmed orders may result in account suspension
Medication Safety & Legal Compliance

Harass or misconduct toward patients or Doctoury staff

Liability
Doctoury is not liable for medication errors, patient harm, order disputes, or any legal claims arising from your pharmacy's services. You are solely responsible for your pharmaceutical operations and must maintain appropriate business insurance.
