Booking and Appointments

  • Cancellations are non-refundable, but rescheduling may be allowed if the doctor agrees and is available.

Payments

  • All payments are handled through Doctoury’s secure system.

  • Service or transaction fees may apply.

Medical Responsibility

  • Medical advice, diagnosis, or prescriptions are the sole responsibility of the consulting doctor.

  • Doctoury is not responsible for clinical decisions, outcomes, or patient satisfaction.

User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate medical and personal information.

  • Use the platform respectfully and legally.

Platform Disclaimer

Doctoury is not liable for:

  • Medical outcomes

  • Technical disruptions during consultations

  • Missed or delayed appointments

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations or abuse of the platform.

Use of Platform

  • Respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner.

Payments and Fees

  • Payments are collected through the platform.

  • A platform commission may be deducted from each transaction (e.g., 10%).

Responsibility and Conduct

Termination
