Delete My Account

You can permanently delete your Doctoury account — as a patient, doctor, or pharmacy — directly from the app at any time. This page explains exactly what happens when you do.

How to delete your account

In the app — takes under a minute

  1. 1Open the Doctoury app and log in.
  2. 2Go to your Profile or Settings.
  3. 3Tap "Delete Account."
  4. 4Review the warning — this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
  5. 5Confirm your password to verify it's you (required for security).
  6. 6Your account and data are deleted immediately.

What gets deleted

For every account

Your account and login access, all personal and medical information, all uploaded documents and lab reports, your full appointment history, and all messages and chat history are permanently deleted the moment you confirm.

Can't access the app?

Request deletion from the website

If you no longer have the app installed or can't log in, submit a request below using the email address associated with your account. We'll verify your identity and delete your account manually.

Data retention

Deletion from the app is immediate. Residual copies in backups are purged within 30 days. Some information may be retained longer where required by law (for example, billing records for tax or regulatory compliance).
