Doctoury is not a healthcare provider, medical practice, hospital, or pharmacy, and does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, prescriptions, or treatment. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, and you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Nature of the Service

The platform offers tools to discover and book appointments with doctors, communicate via chat or video, request medication orders from pharmacies, and manage health records. All medical services are delivered by independent professionals, not by Doctoury.

No Medical Advice

Doctoury does not provide medical advice. Content on the platform is for informational purposes only. Always seek the advice of a qualified doctor, and contact emergency services in an emergency rather than relying on the app.

Appointments & Cancellations

Cancellations follow the stated policies of each doctor. Repeated no-shows may restrict your booking privileges. Doctoury is not responsible for appointment outcomes or doctor availability.

Pharmacy Orders

Medication orders are fulfilled entirely by independent pharmacies. Providing false prescriptions is prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

Payments

Payment terms are determined by the individual doctor or pharmacy. Doctoury may facilitate payment processing but is not a party to the financial transaction.

User Conduct

You must not provide false information, abuse professionals on the platform, use the platform for any illegal purpose, or access other users' data.

Account Termination

Doctoury reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

Doctoury LLC is not liable for any medical outcomes, treatment results, medication errors, or disputes between you and any doctor or pharmacy.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Doctoury connects independent medical professionals with patients. Doctors using the platform operate as independent professionals, not as employees or agents of Doctoury.

Eligibility

Doctors must hold valid medical licenses, submit verified credentials, and maintain professional standing throughout their use of the platform.

Independent Professional Status

All medical decisions, advice, diagnoses, and treatment plans are entirely your own responsibility. Doctoury has no authority over your clinical decisions.

Use of Platform

Doctors must maintain accurate profiles, respond to inquiries in a timely manner, conduct themselves professionally, and practice strictly within their licensed scope.

Prescriptions

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any prescription you issue through the platform.

Payments & Fees

Doctors set their own consultation fees; Doctoury deducts a platform commission. Payment disputes must be raised within 7 days at info@doctoury.com.

Patient Data

Patient information you access through the platform must be kept strictly confidential. You may not share, store externally, or use patient data for any purpose outside of direct care.

Prohibited Conduct

False credentials, giving advice outside your specialty, soliciting patients off-platform, and harassment are all prohibited.

Liability

Doctoury is not liable for any malpractice claims, patient complaints, medical outcomes, or legal proceedings arising from your clinical practice. Doctors must maintain their own professional indemnity insurance.

Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be terminated for patient complaints, fraudulent credentials, violations of these Terms, or loss of license.

Applies to licensed pharmacies that register on Doctoury to receive and fulfill patient medication orders.

About Doctoury

Doctoury LLC is a software technology platform that connects patients with independent pharmacies. Doctoury is not a pharmacy, does not dispense medications, and is not responsible for any pharmaceutical products.

Eligibility

Pharmacies must hold valid licenses, ensure qualified staff, and provide accurate business information including location and hours.

Order Management

Pharmacies must respond to requests in a timely manner with fair, transparent pricing. Once a patient confirms a quoted price, you are obligated to fulfill the order.

Medication Safety & Legal Compliance

You are solely and entirely responsible for the accuracy, safety, and quality of all medications dispensed; for ensuring prescription medications are only dispensed with a valid prescription; and for compliance with all applicable pharmaceutical laws.

Platform Fees & Payments

Doctoury may charge usage fees. The default payment method is cash on pickup. Disputes must be raised within 7 days.

Reviews & Ratings

Review manipulation is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

Prohibited Activities

Selling counterfeit or expired medications, dispensing controlled substances without a valid prescription, harassment, and misrepresentation are all banned.

Liability

Doctoury is not liable for medication errors, patient harm, order disputes, or any legal claims arising from your pharmacy's services. Pharmacies must maintain their own business insurance.

Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be terminated for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, patient complaints, or loss of license.
